Cancellation Policy
Please ensure that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for same day cancellations and no-shows. There is a 15 minute grace period for all services except touch up appointments. You will still be serviced following the remainder of your service. You will also be fully charged for the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late and it interferes with a service that comes after yours, you will be asked to reschedule and be charged for your service.
